What You’ll Do
This entry-level Customer Success opportunity provides hands-on customer experience and finance-focused training, followed by internship placement and ongoing career support. You will learn product and service knowledge, build a customer-centric mindset, and gain professional communication and interview skills to launch a career in customer experience, sales, or finance operations.
- Participate in a paid training program focused on customer experience and foundational finance skills
- Develop product/service knowledge and customer-facing communication skills
- Complete internship placements with partner employers in the Bay Area (possible placements include large regional banks)
- Receive coaching on interviewing, resume building, and networking
- Transition into entry-level roles such as sales specialist, product support, or sales operations

- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday for the program duration
- Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
- Willing to complete any required screening questions during application

Location: North Richmond, CA (on-site / in-person program)
Employment Type: Contract, Full-time (program includes a training phase and an internship placement)
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual salary (after placement): $51,836 per year — estimated (source data)
- During the internship phase students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week
- Paid training, professional coaching, and internship placement support
