Position overview

Confidential Client is seeking a Customer Services Representative to support end-to-end private-banking loan account processing. This onsite, contract role in Pittsburgh, PA focuses on accurate application intake, document generation, processing modifications, and initiating money requests while delivering a high-quality client experience and partnering with relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the end-to-end loan account process for private-banking clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Capture complete and accurate client data in loan applications, internal systems, and loan documentation
• Manage application intake, document generation, and processing of modifications and money requests
• Partner with relationship managers, inside sales, portfolio management, internal and external counsel, and compliance to resolve client needs
• Support client requests and provide excellent client-facing service across engagements
• Work with operations teams to streamline and improve current processes
• Participate in assigned projects and process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience required; at least 2 years of bank operations and/or client service experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload consistently
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and knowledge of loan processes, systems, and applicable lending requirements
• Analytical problem-solving ability and a self-directed work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapting to shifting priorities

Skills & Tools

• Customer service and client support experience
• Experience with bank operations or private-banking processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred
• Strong data-entry accuracy and documentation skills

Employment Details

• Employment type: Contract (CONTRACTOR)
• Workplace: Fully onsite — Pittsburgh, PA (Confidential Client site)
• Pay range: $32.50 per hour (range provided by client)
