This Customer Service Fundamentals Job Training Program is a short-term, intensive training and internship pathway based in Riverview, FL. The confidential client provides in-classroom professional development, hands-on technical and customer-success training, and personalized coaching to prepare participants for entry-level roles and internships with leading employers in the Tampa Bay area. Participants receive an educational stipend during the internship phase.

What You’ll Learn

• Professional business and communication skills

Internship & Stipend

During the internship portion, participants gain practical experience with partner employers in the region. Interns receive an educational stipend of $525 per week while completing their placement.

• Program duration: up to one year (one year or less)
• Schedule: generally Monday–Friday for the duration of the program
• Employment type: Contract / Full-time for training and internship placements (specific placement terms may vary)

Location & Eligibility

• Location: Riverview, FL (in-person classroom and internship placements in the Tampa Bay area)
• Eligibility:
  • High school graduate or GED recipient
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Available during standard weekday hours for the program
  • Have not obtained a bachelor’s degree
  • Able and motivated to participate in both classroom and internship phases
