Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Specialist to join their sales operations team in Bridgeville, PA. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time role supports customer relationships by accurately processing orders, managing delivery and freight expectations, and resolving service issues. This position is a strong fit for candidates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within an Engineering-focused organization.

What You’ll Do

• Process telephone orders and respond promptly to incoming calls, faxes, and emails from internal and external customers
• Enter and document orders in business systems (Eclipse, Salesforce) in accordance with company procedures
• Manage customer expectations around product availability, delivery timing, and freight
• Follow up on quotes and provide feedback to outside sales representatives
• Expedite orders when needed and coordinate workable solutions for customer issues
• Use company and vendor resources to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain service quality by following Confidential Client policies and standards
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level experience; Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; telephone aptitude required
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally and provide excellent internal and external customer service
• Ability to sit for extended periods; ability to see, talk, and hear (reasonable accommodations available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience in an industrial or technical environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or Solar Eclipse
• Understanding of level, pressure, flow, and temperature devices (helpful but not required)
