Customer Service Representative - Entry Level (United, WV) — Join Confidential Client’s customer support team to provide friendly, accurate phone and email assistance, schedule services, and help ensure excellent customer experiences. This is a full-time, entry-level role with paid training, competitive hourly pay (estimated annual pay: $28,285), benefits, and growth opportunities. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with customers by phone and email in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer questions, provide information, and assist customers with service requests.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and ensure concerns are handled promptly.
- Identify customer needs and propose practical solutions or schedule appropriate services.
- Coordinate service appointments and dispatch vehicles/personnel based on location, urgency, and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer management system.
- Escalate complex issues to management when needed.
- Learn product and service details to support customers confidently.

Qualifications
