What You’ll Do

This entry-level role supports customers in an auto-finance environment. You will be trained and may work in either Customer Accounts or Customer Care. Specific responsibilities include:

• Make friendly, early-stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due on payments (Customer Accounts role)
• Help customers set up payments, enroll in auto-pay, and update account information
• Assist customers with password resets and login troubleshooting
• Take inbound customer calls to answer account questions, payment options, title requests, and website/login support (Customer Care role)
• Document interactions accurately in the system and escalate complex issues to specialized teams
• Work collaboratively with teammates and managers to meet service goals

Schedule & Overtime

Schedules vary by role — candidates must be flexible and able to cover required shifts:

• Customer Accounts Representative
  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Two late shifts weekly (11:00 AM–8:00 PM; never Fridays)
  • Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • One week each month: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM + Saturday 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Customer Care Representative
  • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Overtime: up to ~3 hours/week; some roles require two Saturdays per month (8:00 AM–12:00 PM)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate data-entry skills
• Dependable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within the auto-finance industry

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract-to-Hire position based onsite in Irving, TX with employment through Confidential Client.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay range: $18.50 - $23.50 per hour
