Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Accounting/Billing) with MSP experience to support client invoicing, contract reviews, and billing support. This is an in-office role based in Ebensburg, PA; daily, face-to-face collaboration with finance, sales, and service teams is required.

What You’ll Do

• Generate, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow-ups and collections when needed.
• Review customer contracts, agreements, and SLAs to ensure billing accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between contracted services and billed services.
• Support contract modifications, renewals, and coordination with sales/finance.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for billing-related customer inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contract terms, and invoice adjustments.
• Use PSA systems (Kaseya BMS, ConnectWise, Autotask preferred) to track accounts and billing activity.
• Assist with financial reports, audits, and reconciliations related to billing.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of billing, invoicing, or contract management experience within an MSP or IT service provider environment.
• Strong knowledge of MSP financial operations, recurring revenue models, and contract-based billing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage billing disputes and client escalations professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts with accuracy.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across teams.

Work Location & Schedule

• In-office only — position based in Ebensburg, PA. Remote or hybrid work is NOT an option.
• Standard office hours Monday–Friday; occasional overtime and after-hours support may be required.
• Employment type: Full-time (Contract position possible per client needs).

Compensation

• Estimated pay: $48,025 per year (estimated; reported by source). Exact compensation and benefits will be provided by Confidential Client during the interview/offer process.
