What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking a Customer Service Associate Analyst to join their Customer Services team in Tampa, FL (hybrid). This entry-level role focuses on delivering timely, professional support to government and corporate clients, logging and resolving cases, and supporting end-to-end file transmissions through treasury/web application infrastructure.
- Provide first-level technical and account support via phone and email for federal agencies and financial institutions
- Log, own, and manage cases through to timely resolution; update clients on status regularly
- Perform operational tasks across functions, follow defined procedures, and prepare basic reports and analyses
- Troubleshoot application and file transmission issues; escalate to next-level support when necessary
- Interact with internal teams and external partners to coordinate fixes and preventative measures
- Support high-profile and sensitive client needs with appropriate risk assessment and compliance awareness
- Assist with root-cause analysis and recommend process or system improvements
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in help desk, application support, or customer service preferred
- Proven customer-service and relationship-building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone/email)
- Basic troubleshooting and case-management skills; familiarity with ticketing systems preferred
- Ability to follow established procedures and escalate appropriately
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must be able to pass employer and government background screening
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range (Primary location, full-time): USD 48,180 – 63,140 per year

Location & Schedule
- Primary location: Tampa, FL (33603) — Hybrid work model
- Schedule: Mid-shift (approx. 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM)
