What You’ll Do

As an Entry Level Customer Sales Representative you will engage directly with customers while you learn practical sales and business skills through hands-on training and coaching.

• Meet with customers through face-to-face interactions
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Represent the Confidential Client professionally and deliver a positive customer experience
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
• Collaborate with teammates to improve performance
• As you gain experience, support and help train newer team members

Compensation

Expected annual compensation: $45,000–$65,000+.

Compensation for this position includes a base pay option (example: $600 per week) or the option of uncapped commission. Top earners may average $1,200+ per week with additional performance-based bonuses and incentives where applicable. Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance and other applicable factors. Compensation at the top of the range is not guaranteed.
