Responsibilities

The Confidential Client is seeking a Customer Engagement Analytics Analyst to support marketing performance measurement and business analysis. This role transforms data into meaningful insights to guide campaign and customer-journey decisions.

• Analyze and report on customer engagement, email, and targeted marketing campaign performance
• Identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform business decisions and improve the customer journey
• Gather, clean, organize, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources
• Build dashboards, recurring reports, and presentations using Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting
• Use Excel and SQL to analyze data and support reporting needs
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Present findings to business stakeholders and partner with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc requests
• Support additional analytics and reporting projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in digital analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, marketing analytics, or similar analytical work preferred; internship and relevant academic project experience considered
• Experience with Power BI or a similar dashboard/reporting platform
• Experience working with large data sets
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Travel or hospitality industry experience is a plus (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Employment type: FULL_TIME
• Estimated base salary: $85,648 per year (estimated)
• Benefits (eligible employees): medical, dental & vision insurance; HSA & FSA; 401(k); life, disability & AD&D insurance
• Paid time off for salaried personnel; other leave policies per applicable law and employment terms
