What You’ll Do
This entry-level Customer Account Representative role supports customer relationships, account-related activities, and customer satisfaction initiatives for a Confidential Client in the Customer Services industry. You’ll handle day-to-day account support, help resolve customer questions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent experiences.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Respond to account-related questions and requests via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and promotions
- Maintain organized customer account records and documentation
- Monitor and log customer feedback and escalate issues when needed
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, onboarding) to resolve customer needs
- Assist with customer onboarding and basic account setup
- Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and training programs to improve processes and product knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications — what we require:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM or spreadsheets)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
Preferred (nice-to-have):
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with CRM systems or basic reporting tools
- Problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual pay: $37,523 (estimated)
- This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a Confidential Client in Charlotte, IA.
