What You’ll Do

As a Credit Analyst in the Commercial Banking Development Program you will support credit administration and lending teams by collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial information to assess creditworthiness and prepare recommendations. This is an entry-level/full-time role based in Reno, NV.

• Support the Credit Administration team by spreading financial statements and maintaining accurate financial background information for current and prospective clients.
• Perform financial and sensitivity analyses to evaluate credit risk and stress scenarios.
• Prepare credit studies, loan packages, and in-depth written reports for Loan Officers and senior credit leaders with clear action plans.
• Assist in execution and documentation of treasury management products and bank-required legal/loan documentation.
• Coordinate with third parties (appraisers, field auditors, etc.) and monitor loan disbursements to ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Communicate with clients to resolve compliance and operational questions; update internal systems and records.

What You’ll Need

• Completion of an Accounting course.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, written and verbal communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Interest in commercial banking, credit analysis, and financial statement evaluation.
• Self-motivated, able to work productively with limited supervision.
• Entry-level proficiency in communicating professionally in writing and speaking.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $29.04 per hour (Reno, NV for new hires). Role may also be eligible for annual bonus/incentives based on performance.
