What You’ll Do
As a Credit Analyst on the development program you will:
- Spread, manage, and maintain financial background information for current and prospective customers.
- Prepare credit studies, loan packages, and credit department reports for loan officers and senior credit management.
- Collect, organize, and analyze company financials; perform sensitivity analysis and other financial modeling to assess credit risk.
- Support Credit Administration by evaluating collateral, monitoring loan disbursements, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Collaborate with internal groups to coordinate treasury management products, foreign exchange instruments, derivatives, and required legal documentation.
- Facilitate reporting requests with third parties (e.g., auditors, appraisers) and respond to client operational inquiries.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required.
- Completion of an Accounting course.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills appropriate for an entry-level role.
- Interest in building a career in Commercial Banking and the ability to work productively with limited supervision.
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated salary: $71,230 per year (estimated).
