What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Credit Analyst to join the finance team supporting accounts receivable and customer credit. This is a hands-on role ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter who wants to learn credit management, reconciliation, and collections in a retail / wholesale environment.
- Process credit card orders and release daily orders based on credit balances and payment history
- Open and maintain customer accounts; send monthly statements
- Reconcile customer accounts and perform account research
- Answer customer inquiries related to billing and credit status
- Work closely with sales managers and sales support to resolve disputes
- Follow up on past-due accounts and assist with collections activities
- Maintain accurate records and support month-end closing activities

- Entry level — training provided for the right candidate
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records
- Professional demeanor and stable work history
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $25.00–$27.00 per hour
- Benefits: 401(k) with 2% match, medical, vision, dental
- Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time
- Company shuttle service to/from Port Washington LIRR station

- Workplace: Baxter Estates, NY (on-site)
