Location & Logistics

This is an onsite role in Tempe, AZ (Onsite).

  • 12-month W2 contract, full-time (40 hours/week).
  • Standard schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific, Monday–Friday.
  • Pay rate: $25.00–$30.00 per hour.

Role Summary

You will support contract pricing activation and commercial contract operations for a confidential client in the IT sector working with medical devices customers. The role focuses on executing letters of commitment (LOC), customer setup & maintenance (CS&M), GPO group transitions, local contract management, and ensuring timely, accurate pricing implementation across ERP systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate execution of letters of commitment (LOC), customer setup & maintenance (CS&M), GPO group transitions, and local contract updates for new and renewal agreements.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to pricing activation and membership.
  • Collaborate with distributor partners, GPOs, business unit sales teams, commercial operations pillars, and commercial customers.
  • Manage member account additions/removals across ERP platforms using automation and BOTs.
  • Prepare and distribute dealer notifications about contract pricing and membership changes.
  • Maintain centralized documentation of membership-related pricing exceptions and playbooks.
  • Monitor and report on local agreements requiring modification due to GPO transitions; communicate updates to local contracting teams.
  • Support design and implementation of process improvements to increase accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in contract activation workflows.
  • Own performance against KPIs, SLAs and other key metrics related to price activation and membership accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in commercial contract operations or a related function.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience manipulating large datasets and extracting insights.
  • Experience with data mining and visualization tools such as SAP BI, Power BI, or QlikView.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Vistex, JDE) is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional calls.
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of inquiries and execute to SLAs.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in healthcare or medical devices commercial operations.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools/BOTs to streamline ERP updates.
  • Prior exposure to GPO contracting and membership rules.

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the engagement.
