Role Overview
This contract role supports contract and chargeback operations for a confidential client in the medical devices sector. The Contract Admin Analyst will help manage chargeback and sales tracing activity, validate contract/pricing claims, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements and error prevention.
What You’ll Do
- Manage resolution and communication for chargebacks, sales tracing errors, and direct claims with channel partners and customers.
- Execute review, validation, disposition and resubmission workflows for chargebacks and related claims, emphasizing prevention.
- Track and communicate disputed lines with Chargeback & Sales Trace Account Management until resolved.
- Collaborate with Contract Operations, Offer Development, Customer Care, distributor partners, and IT to ensure requirements and system functionality support operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives: root‑cause analysis, process harmonization, and operational enhancements.
- Maintain desktop procedures, adhere to contract playbooks, and meet KPIs and service level expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial contracting, chargeback operations, or related contract operations — preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
- Strong Excel skills: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, concatenation and data manipulation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work to metrics/KPIs and manage workload independently.
- Eligibility: U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, or those with valid EAD/OPT/CPT authorization (this role is a W2 contract).
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience with distributor collaboration, pricing claims management, or contract maintenance.
- Familiarity with tools and systems used for chargeback and sales-trace reconciliation.
