What You’ll Do

As a Consumer Research Data Analyst on this team you will turn consumer behavior data into clear, actionable insights to inform programs and communications. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Design, manage, and analyze quantitative consumer research (surveys, panels, transactional data).
  • Clean, merge, and transform datasets to prepare for analysis.
  • Run statistical analyses to test hypotheses and quantify relationships.
  • Create clear visualizations, dashboards, and written summaries for stakeholders.
  • Present findings to cross-functional teams and recommend data-driven actions.
  • Support ongoing measurement programs and improve survey/data quality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Science, Market Research, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working with quantitative consumer or market research projects.
  • Solid analytical problem-solving skills and ability to translate results into recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience producing charts, dashboards, or slide decks to summarize research findings.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (MS, MRes, or similar).
  • Experience with public-sector or regulated environments.
  • Prior exposure to survey design, sampling, or panel management.
  • Familiarity with common data visualization tools and statistical packages.
