The Opportunity
Confidential Client is seeking a Consulting Analyst - Delivery to join its Infrastructure Advisory practice. This early-career consulting role offers exposure to utility and commercial clients (water, electric, gas, oil & gas, data centers) and hands-on experience across strategy, asset management, digital/AI, and system implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Under close supervision, support project teams by performing foundational consulting and technical tasks:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Prepare client-ready reports, slide decks, processes, tools, and models with attention to clarity and quality.
- Support client workshops and meetings with facilitation, presentation and note-taking.
- Apply appropriate technical methods to diagnose issues; engage subject-matter experts when needed.
- Learn and apply consulting best practices; build professional judgment with guidance from senior team members.
- Manage assigned work to meet budget, schedule and quality expectations.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and escalate risks or questions promptly.
- Keep current on industry trends, emerging technologies (including AI/ML), and methods; develop specialization over time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or practical experience on an engineering project or within a consulting environment preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and develop functional/technical knowledge in at least one industry or solution area.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑breaking abilities; able to decompose problems into logical components.
- Effective written and verbal communication; produces high-quality deliverables with attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player who performs under deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and general business software; PC literacy.
- Curiosity and initiative to learn new tools, technologies and industry concepts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts or Science preferred (business, math, engineering) OR relevant business experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in a business or consulting environment.
- Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding (background check, drug screen, MVR) as required and in compliance with applicable laws.
Work Environment
Hybrid or flexible work options may be available after the first 90 days at manager discretion, based on performance and job needs.

Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with local law, the annual compensation range applicable to this role and location is:
- $68,500.00 - $108,212.00 (annual)
