What You’ll Do
This entry-level Business Analyst will support transformation initiatives for public-sector clients. You will work on teams that analyze operations, design improvements, and help implement changes that drive measurable outcomes.
- Support project teams on strategy, operations, and transformation engagements
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform recommendations
- Build and maintain data summaries, dashboards, and slide decks for client presentations
- Map processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document business requirements
- Assist with workstream coordination and status tracking to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and contribute to client-facing deliverables
- Use tools, methodologies, and accelerators to support efficient project delivery
Qualifications — Required
- Bachelor’s degree completed OR enrolled in an accredited college/university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 (degree in Business, Economics, Finance, HR, Operations Management, Project Management, Psychology, Public Administration, or equivalent preferred)
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Ability to commute to your assigned office location as required
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client needs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality of work product
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and in teams
Preferred Qualifications
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Internship, coursework, or project experience in business analysis, finance, operations, project management, human resources, economics, public administration, or related fields
- Prior exposure to consulting environments, client deliverables, or transformation projects

- You will join the Government & Public Services practice supporting government agencies, higher education, nonprofits, and other public-sector organizations

Compensation & Logistics
- Reasonable estimated salary range: $84,000 to $87,000 per year (range reflects many factors including experience, skills, and market differentials)
- This role is full-time and entry-level
- Recruiting for this role is scheduled through 07/26/2026 (subject to change)
- Final compensation and start details depend on the candidate’s experience and assigned location
