What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Tech Packages Analyst within its Government & Public Services practice. In this role you will support implementation, configuration, testing, and operation of enterprise technology packages for public sector clients. You will work on tasks that translate technical and business requirements into working systems and support clients through deployment and adoption.
- Gather and document system requirements and business needs
- Configure technology packages to meet client requirements
- Develop and execute test plans; troubleshoot issues and drive resolutions
- Support data migration and upgrade management activities
- Deliver user training and create user-facing documentation
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
- Communicate status, risks, and technical guidance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and, when required, lead small workstreams
Qualifications
Required:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university expected to graduate by Summer 2027, or completed bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance Technology, Information Systems, Technology Management, Data Analytics, or equivalent
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must reside within a commutable distance (e.g., ~100-mile radius) of the assigned office with ability to commute daily if needed (Rosslyn, VA)
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- At least 18 years of age at the time of employment
Preferred:
- Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher
- Internship, project, or coursework experience in computer science, engineering, information systems, data analytics, or technology management

You’ll have exposure to cross-industry projects and opportunities to develop specialized technical and consulting skills.
Travel, Location & Compensation
- Location: Rosslyn, VA (commutable; local office assignment required)
- Travel: up to ~50% on average depending on client engagements
- Hiring timeline: recruiting for this role is open through 07/26/2026
- Compensation: a reasonable estimate for this role is $88,000 to $91,000 per year. The final offer will consider experience, skills, credentials, and local geographic differentials.
