What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level Analyst role (Tech Packages) supporting implementation and operation of commercial and enterprise technology packages for a confidential client in the Government & Public Services sector. You will work on client teams to gather requirements, configure systems, run and coordinate testing, support data migration and upgrades, and help users adopt new systems. This role emphasizes hands-on technical work, client communication, and learning consulting fundamentals.
- Support requirements gathering, system configuration, and end-to-end testing for technology packages
- Assist with data migration activities, validation, and reconciliation
- Help manage upgrades, patching, and performance monitoring tasks
- Create and deliver user training materials and run training sessions
- Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate fixes with technical teams and vendors
- Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Document configuration, processes, and lessons learned to support knowledge transfer
Responsibilities
- Work independently on defined tasks and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Deliver high-quality documentation and technical deliverables with attention to detail
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Build and sustain professional client relationships and provide clear guidance to users when needed
- Support project or workstream leadership activities as assigned
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree completed or current enrollment in an accredited college/university with expected graduation by Summer 2027 in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance Technology, Information Systems, Technology Management, Data Analytics, or an equivalent program
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must reside within a commutable distance (for example, a 100-mile radius) of the assigned office and be able to commute daily if required
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client needs
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher
- Internship, project experience, or coursework in systems implementation, data migration, configuration, testing, or technology management
- Familiarity with enterprise software implementation lifecycle and basic scripting or data tools is a plus
Compensation & Location
- Estimated salary range: $88,000 — $91,000 per year. The final offer will depend on skills, experience, and other business considerations.
- Primary location: Fort Myer / Arlington, VA (commutable to the assigned office)
