What You’ll Do

This entry-level Enterprise Strategy role places you on teams that advise senior leaders on high‑stakes strategic decisions. Typical responsibilities include:

• Work open, ambiguous problems—define the right question before designing the solution
• Analyze messy data sets, build quantitative and qualitative analysis, and surface decisive insights
• Use modern AI tools and accelerators to augment research, modeling, and scenario planning
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations for executive audiences
• Help design and prioritize strategic initiatives that connect strategy to measurable execution
• Support cross-functional work across portfolio strategy, cost optimization, operations transformation, go‑to‑market decisions, and workforce redesign

This role is an apprenticeship: you’ll be stretched on real client problems with regular coaching and feedback. You will:

• Develop analysis, financial fluency, and storytelling skills that earn credibility with leaders

Qualifications

This listing is intended for entry-level candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 with a bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent program
• Degree areas: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Operations, Supply Chain, or Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial & Labor Relations)
• Strong academic record: minimum 3.3 cumulative GPA (3.5 preferred)
• Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned office (approximately a 100‑mile radius) and be able to commute daily if required at start
• Ability to travel up to ~50% on average depending on client needs
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• At least 18 years of age at time of employment
