What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level Enterprise Strategy Analyst role focused on delivering high-impact strategic analysis and recommendations to senior executives. You will:
- Turn ambiguous, high-stakes problems into clear questions and data-driven recommendations.
- Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to find the signal in noisy inputs.
- Build financial models, scenario analyses, and value cases that support strategic choices.
- Leverage AI tools and accelerators to augment insight generation and testing.
- Translate analysis into concise, executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
- Work across functions — strategy, operations, workforce, and technology — to design implementable transformations.
- Support client conversations and present findings to senior leaders with clarity and confidence.

Required Qualifications
This role is targeted to early-career candidates with strong academic performance and demonstrated analytic ability:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027 with a bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent program).
- Suggested majors: Business (Economics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing), STEM, Operations, Supply Chain, or relevant Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial & Labor Relations).
- Strong academic record (minimum 3.3 cumulative GPA required; 3.5 preferred).
- Must live within a commutable distance to the assigned office (approximately a 100-mile radius) with ability to commute daily if required upon start date.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client needs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment.

Compensation & Logistics
