What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an AI Innovation Analyst to ship AI-native prototypes, test product-market fit, and help launch new AI-first solutions. This is a hands-on, builder-focused role — you’ll work with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and other AI platforms to turn ideas into working demos and validated product concepts.

• Conduct sector and market discovery: analyze industry dynamics, map stakeholders, and identify high-value customer pain points.
• Translate insights into clear problem statements, user personas, and prioritized use cases.
• Use internal AI platforms and tools to accelerate development.
• Design and build AI-native prototypes leveraging LLMs, agentic approaches, and multimodal capabilities.
• Rapidly iterate on prototypes with product leaders and engineers; incorporate user feedback to improve usability.
• Define and run validation activities: user testing, real-world feedback collection, and synthesizing findings into actionable product changes.
• Assess solution readiness and refine product positioning, target users, value proposition, and go-to-market narrative.
• Produce concise demo artifacts: prototype walkthroughs, key results, and next-step recommendations.

Confidential Client’s innovation teams embed product and technology insights directly into client-facing work. You’ll join cross-functional teams that include product leaders, engineers, designers, and industry specialists. Expect a fast-paced environment focused on prototyping, iteration, and measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Spring/Summer 2027, OR have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher by Spring/Summer 2027.
• Strong academic track record.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client needs and project work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment.
• Must reside within a commutable distance of the assigned office and be able to commute daily if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in progress or completed in AI Engineering, Information Systems & Technology (IST), Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Data Science, Business, Cybersecurity Analytics & Operations, or related fields.
• Internship or project experience in AI, analytics, or software engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership in campus organizations, startups, open-source projects, or volunteer initiatives.

• Estimated salary: $100,000–$134,174 per year (estimate provided in the original posting).
