What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s Healthcare Consulting team is hiring entry-level consultants to support financial, operational, and compliance projects across healthcare clients. Typical responsibilities include:

• Rotate through healthcare consulting specialties to gain broad exposure
• Prepare annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports with training provided
• Support financial and operational analyses for healthcare organizations
• Analyze client data using industry tools and Microsoft Excel
• Collaborate with engagement teams to meet client deliverables and deadlines
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or management information systems preferred
• Graduated or will be graduating in May 2025
• CPA exam eligibility is a plus
• Interest or coursework in data analytics is a plus
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• This is an entry-level, full-time contract role based in Tulsa, OK
