Overview
Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring an entry-level / junior Construction & Real Estate Associate based in Lazy Lake, FL. This role blends commercial construction operations with real estate development and project marketing — a great fit for candidates who want fast growth, exposure to deal-making, and hands-on experience across contracts, vendor coordination, and project workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Support commercial construction activities and project workflows, working closely with business development and client teams
- Assist with contract coordination and documentation across projects
- Manage relationships with vendors and external consultants (legal, architecture, engineering)
- Help market company projects using digital and traditional channels
- Support research and financial or deal analysis as needed
- Contribute to process improvements and tools (CRM, data tracking, basic analytics)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience or strong interest in construction, real estate, acquisitions, development, business or economics
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; persistence to see projects through to completion
- Comfortable coordinating across internal teams and external partners
- Interest or exposure to marketing, finance, deal-making, AI tools, CRM systems, or branding is a plus
- Authorization to work in the U.S. required
