What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level to junior Construction & Real Estate Associates to support commercial construction projects, client engagements and business development activities in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a hands-on role where you will learn across project delivery, vendor management, and marketing for development projects.

• Support commercial construction project workflows, contracts, schedules and close-out documentation
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors and consultants (legal, architecture, engineering)
• Assist business development and client-facing teams on project scope, proposals and presentations
• Support digital and traditional marketing for projects and the firm (CRM updates, project one-pagers, social/website content)
• Track project budgets, basic financials and assist with reporting to leadership
• Research market and deal opportunities to support acquisitions and development initiatives
• Contribute to process improvements, CRM adoption, and use of emerging tools (AI-assisted workflows)

Qualifications

We encourage applicants with relevant education, internships, or demonstrable interest in construction, real estate, development, or related fields.

• Experience or interest in construction, real estate, acquisitions, development, business, finance or economics
• Strong critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow projects through to completion
• Comfortable working with external consultants and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required — demonstrated motivation and relevant experience will be considered
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (Google Workspace or Office 365); CRM or project software experience is a plus
