Participants begin as Associates delivering exceptional member service and supporting fleet operations, with opportunities for advancement through rotational assignments and leadership roles based on performance. The program emphasizes operational, analytical, and leadership skill development in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

About the Program
Confidential Client Leadership Pathways (FLP) is a highly selective, fast-track leadership development program for high-potential, early-career professionals. This program is designed to teach you how to run and scale operations in a tech-enabled mobility business. You’ll start as an Associate — the frontline face of the business — gaining hands-on experience in member-facing service, fleet operations, logistics, and business performance.
After a year, top performers may advance to Senior Associate and enter a structured rotational program with exposure to fleet operations, service flow optimization, financial performance and P&L drivers, local market growth strategy, and team leadership fundamentals. High performers can progress to Functional Manager and Site Lead roles based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional member experience through in-person and digital interactions
- Support daily fleet and operational workflows
- Analyze utilization, service metrics, and performance data
- Assist with logistics coordination and service execution
- Contribute to local market growth initiatives
- Participate in leadership training and rotational assignments
- Maintain compliance with safety policies and operational standards
- Perform hands-on operational tasks as needed (vehicle movement, inspection, coordination)

Qualifications
- Full-time, in-person role in Houston, TX
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with fleet operations
- Relocation flexibility may be required for future leadership progression opportunities
Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation: $60,000 per year (plus bonus potential)
- $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid on the 90th day of employment)
