What You’ll Do

This entry-level role supports community impact measurement, program evaluation, and committee/allocations logistics for the Confidential Client’s Community Strategy and Planning team. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update engagement and program data in impact databases and the CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collect data at events and programs (surveys, intake, focus groups) and assist with in-person data activities.
  • Support preparation and review of impact and progress reports from partner agencies and internal programs.
  • Track KPIs and perform basic data analysis; create charts, dashboards, and concise summaries to communicate program outcomes.
  • Assist with routine data requests from other departments and help prepare materials for the 2028 community study.
  • Support lay committee logistics, including drafting and assembling committee materials, follow-up, and coordination.
  • Assist with the annual allocations process: compile agency requests, track agreements, and help manage compliance documentation.
  • Draft clear written communications and brief reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, social sciences, public administration, social work, or a related field.
  • Interest or coursework/experience in research, program evaluation, monitoring & evaluation, or community planning. Nonprofit experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with data: basic data entry, data organization, and willingness to build data visualization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience with CRM or databases is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work with lay leaders, agency professionals, and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of or interest in Jewish communal structure and community dynamics is preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license.

Compensation

  • Estimated pay (from source): $38,195 per year (estimated). Final offer will consider experience, skills, and education. No salary fabrication — this reflects the source estimate.
