Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Communications Associate to join their growing team. This role focuses on customer and seller communications, outreach to domain owners, and supporting founders and startups with naming and domain needs. No prior full‑time experience required — strong communicators and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Talk with prospective customers by phone, email and chat to help them find the right domain
- Serve as a primary contact for the seller community: answer questions, share updates and support seller success
- Proactively reach out to domain owners about availability and options to sell
- Work directly with startups and founders to understand naming and domain needs
- Write clear, persuasive emails and messages that move conversations forward
- Use AI tools daily to research, draft and speed up work
