What You’ll Do

You will support the systems and data behind monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive plans, partnering closely with Accounting and Payroll to ensure accurate, timely payouts and well-documented processes.

• Maintain systems, data, and documentation used to administer incentive plans
• Collect and validate employee, performance, and payout data; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Support incentive calculations and prepare clear outputs for review and approval
• Partner with Accounting on reconciliations, accrual support, account coding, and questions about plan results
• Coordinate with Payroll to prepare and submit approved incentive payments by established deadlines
• Maintain records of plan inputs, calculations, approvals, adjustments, and submissions
• Identify improvements to increase accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in incentive processes
• Respond to internal partner questions and explain data or calculations clearly
• Handle sensitive compensation information with discretion and care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field — or equivalent education/experience
• Strong academic, project, internship, or work background in finance, accounting, data analysis, or business analysis (professional experience not required)
• Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and structured data
• Habit of checking work for accuracy and completeness; ability to investigate data issues and ask focused questions
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in learning financial systems and tools used to manage employee and payroll data

Compensation & Location

• Estimated base: $33,108 per year (estimated)
• Employment type: Full-time, on-site
• This position is based on-site in University, ID and requires five days per week in the office. We will consider only candidates who currently live locally or are willing to relocate.
