What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level Commercial Real Estate Analyst role supporting Confidential Client’s valuation and property assessment practice. You will work under the supervision of licensed senior appraisers to gather and analyze market and property data that supports appraisal reports and valuation services.

• Support valuation engagements by researching property records, comparable transactions, and market conditions
• Build and maintain valuation and cash-flow models using Excel (and Argus when required)
• Conduct market surveys and field inspections; confirm transaction and lease details
• Compile data into clear, client-ready reports and internal workpapers
• Manage a caseload of assignments from intake through completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Coordinate with senior appraisers, peers, and external data vendors to resolve data gaps
• Participate in training and continue to develop skills in real estate finance and market analysis

What We're Looking For

We seek an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who can balance independent research with collaborative problem solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related discipline (preferred)
• 1–3 years of commercial real estate experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong analytical skills are encouraged
• Strong quantitative aptitude and experience building valuation or cash-flow models
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable high-speed internet for occasional remote tasks; must be available to work onsite when required
• Strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Argus Enterprise
• Familiarity with web-based mapping tools and public records databases
• Prior exposure to appraisal or investment analysis for commercial property types

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated annual pay: $61,848 (per source data)
• Position includes medical benefits, flexible scheduling, education assistance, and opportunities for offsite fieldwork (property inspections)
• Training and necessary equipment/technology provided

Location & Schedule

• Location: Pensacola, FL — this role requires availability to work onsite as assignments require. Some fieldwork and occasional remote work may be required to meet deadlines.
• Employment type: Full-time (typical hours will be provided by Confidential Client during the interview process)
