Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing for commercial listings, property launches, lease-up initiatives, sales opportunities, and related campaigns.
  • Collect and maintain property information, availability, pricing, photography, and collateral needed for marketing deliverables.
  • Support brokers and property teams with flyers, offering memorandums, presentations, proposals, email campaigns, signage, maps, tour materials, and other client-facing assets.
  • Draft, proofread, and format basic marketing copy to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and professional presentation.
  • Coordinate social media posts and company content that highlights properties, transactions, team accomplishments, and company news.
  • Act as a liaison with external agencies, photographers, designers, and other vendors to request work, provide files/specs, and track progress.
  • Review agency deliverables, consolidate feedback, coordinate approvals/revisions, and ensure projects move to completion on time.
  • Maintain organized marketing assets, including photography, maps, drawings, templates, and completed materials.
  • Update and maintain accurate property listings across websites, commercial platforms, and digital channels.
  • Assist with basic SEO, listing optimizations, email campaigns, and capture performance data for internal reporting.
  • Manage multiple marketing timelines, approvals, budgets, invoices, and deliverables; follow up proactively on missing items or delayed approvals.
  • Review, audit, and allocate marketing-related invoices (including listing platform charges), prepare property-level billbacks, and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors and accounting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, administrative support, or project coordination — internships or portfolio work considered.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or professional services is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, track tasks, and follow up independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, email marketing tools, or commercial real estate listing platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with brokers, leadership, property teams, agency partners, designers, and external vendors.
  • Must be willing to visit commercial properties as needed to coordinate photography, video, and on-site information gathering.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated base pay: $43,547 per year (estimated).
  • Employment type: Contract (with potential Full-Time opportunities per client needs).

  • Location: This role is based in Houston, TX. Travel to properties for photography and on-site coordination may be required.
