Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Commercial Leasing Manager to support leasing and property-management activities across a small portfolio of office, mixed-use, and retail properties in Madison, WI. This role focuses on lease negotiation, tenant relations, contract management, and supporting occupancy goals while working closely with a small leasing team.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate commercial leases with prospective and existing tenants
- Maintain positive tenant relationships and respond to tenant concerns promptly
- Manage lease files, ensure compliance with lease terms, and track critical dates
- Coordinate with property management to support leasing and occupancy objectives
- Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve occupancy targets and reporting needs
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in commercial leasing or property management
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate lease documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Familiarity with commercial lease agreements and common lease clauses
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and customer-service orientation
