What You’ll Do
As a Credit Analyst within the Commercial Banking Development Program on the Digital Asset Banking team, you will support credit administration and underwriting by analyzing financial statements, preparing credit studies and loan packages, and coordinating with cross-functional partners to support client onboarding and credit risk management.
- Spread, manage, and maintain financial background information on current and prospective clients
- Prepare credit studies, loan packages, and credit department reports for loan officers and credit leadership
- Review client financials and perform sensitivity and collateral analyses to assess credit risk
- Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and risk teams to support treasury, FX, derivatives, and digital wallet/onboarding initiatives
- Facilitate reporting and information requests with third parties (auditors, appraisers) and monitor loan disbursements for compliance
- Support development of digital asset–related solutions and risk controls that enhance client experience and operational efficiency
- Communicate findings and recommended plans of action clearly in written reports and presentations
What You’ll Need
- Completion of an Accounting course
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- GPA of 3.0 or higher required
- Strong analytical, conceptual, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational skills
- Interest in commercial banking, credit analysis, and digital asset banking
- Self-motivated, able to work productively with limited supervision
- Entry-level professional — excellent learning mindset and attention to detail
