Overview
Confidential client is recruiting an entry-level Credit Analyst as part of a Commercial Banking Development Program. This role offers hands-on exposure to credit analysis, loan documentation, and commercial banking solutions for clients in the gaming services sector. The position is listed as remote/telecommute with a primary location in Enterprise, NV; candidates should be authorized to work in the U.S. and may be expected to engage with on-site teams or clients as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Spread, manage, and maintain financial background information on current and prospective customers.
- Prepare credit studies and a variety of credit department reports for loan officers and credit management.
- Manage spread assignments and maintain related records and files.
- Analyze client financials and perform sensitivity and risk analyses to evaluate credit risk.
- Prepare in-depth written reports with recommended action plans backed by qualitative and quantitative research.
- Support Credit Administration in analyzing credit and collateral information to determine lending risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute treasury management products, foreign-exchange instruments, and derivatives.
- Produce loan packages for new and restructured loans and monitor loan disbursements for regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with third parties (field auditors, appraisers, etc.) to facilitate reporting and requests.
What You’ll Need
- Completion of an Accounting course.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; entry-level communications competency acceptable.
- Leadership potential and strong organizational skills.
- Interest in a career in commercial banking.
- Ability to self-motivate and work productively with limited supervision.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay for new hires is generally $29.04/hr for Enterprise / Las Vegas, NV (salary may vary by location).
- Role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentive programs.
