What You’ll Do
You will support the Commercial Real Estate team by delivering analytical research and data-driven insights to inform client engagement, pitch materials, and transaction support. This role focuses on developing market and industry insights, preparing client-facing presentations and relationship reviews, and helping teams execute transactions by coordinating internal product partners and observing credit and treasury processes. You will use data to tell clear business stories that strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Support analysis of market and industry data to generate insights for client/prospect meetings, pitchbooks, and relationship reviews.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and internal deliverables in collaboration with Market Executives and Relationship Managers.
- Observe and assist with credit approval and treasury solutions workflows to build product and packaging knowledge.
- Coordinate with product and deal teams to support transactions from origination through execution.
- Contribute to new business analytics, monitor client activity, and perform simple portfolio analyses to identify business opportunities.
- Interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess company and industry financial conditions.
- Interface with domestic and international teammates (Investment Banking, FX, Wealth Management) and facilitate connections with Product Specialists (Credit, Treasury Management, Merchant Services).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional or business experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and basic financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of corporate financial statements and cash flow analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or entry-level experience in financial services or commercial banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

- Compensation: Estimated market compensation (industry estimate shown on source was $101,187/year). Final pay will depend on experience, location (Seattle or San Francisco), and role type.
