About This Role

This is an entry-level Client Success Coordinator role supporting account and client success teams. The coordinator will provide administrative, operational, and delivery support to ensure accurate client reporting, timely deliverables, and smooth cross-functional coordination. This is a remote role for candidates who must reside in the United States.

  • Candidates located within commutable distance to an office location (Portland, OR; New York, NY; Evansville, IN; or Reston, VA) are expected to report in-person approximately 2x per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Client Success teams across assigned accounts.
  • Support account managers and client success leads with preparing materials, organizing tasks, and maintaining accurate internal documentation.
  • Track client deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure timely and consistent execution.
  • Assist in client report delivery and perform data QA — review outputs for accuracy, formatting, and completeness.
  • Run recurring and ad-hoc reports; coordinate with analytics and product teams as needed.
  • Apply quality control processes to identify and resolve data inconsistencies before client delivery.
  • Manage meeting scheduling, prepare agendas, capture recaps, and maintain action-item follow-ups.
  • Coordinate cross-functional interactions with Analytics, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain internal trackers (deliverables, tickets, communication logs) to provide visibility on work in progress.
  • Learn platform navigation, reporting logic, and basic measurement concepts to support progressively more client-facing responsibilities.
  • Participate in trainings, shadow calls, and product demos to build foundational knowledge in client success and analytics.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in client service, operations, analytics, or administrative coordination (internships welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated interest in data accuracy, reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and project management systems (Asana, Jira, etc.).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; confidential client may participate in E-Verify where required by law.
  • Salary range: $60,000 – $65,000 (commensurate with experience).
