Overview

Confidential Client is seeking Med/Surg Registered Nurses (RN I & RN II) to deliver compassionate, high-quality inpatient care in the Medical/Surgical unit. This opportunity is posted as a contract, full-time role with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week. Pay range: $33.00–$51.00 per hour (DOE). Evening, night and weekend shift differentials apply. Participation in a Clinical Ladder program provides additional professional and financial growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct thorough assessments of inpatients, monitor clinical status and identify potential risks or complications.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses to treatments in a timely, accurate manner.
• Assist with medical procedures and coordinate patient care, orders and resources across the care team.
• Prioritize and manage multiple patient needs while maintaining safety, dignity and patient-centered care.
• Deliver organized, evidence-based nursing care within scope of practice and facility policies.

Who You Are

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing).
• Active BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Current Colorado RN license or valid Compact RN license eligible for practice in Colorado.
• RN I — entry-level/new graduate or nurse with minimal experience.
• RN II — proficient nurse with established foundational skills and consistent clinical judgment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, time-management and documentation skills.

• Employment type: Contract, Full-time
• Shift: Three 12-hour shifts per week (evening/night/weekend differentials apply)
