What You’ll Do
This entry-level Clinical Research Coordinator will support clinical studies by managing routine study activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring protocol compliance under supervision.
- Perform chart review and pre-screening to assess participant eligibility and support enrollment per protocol.
- Coordinate routine study activities: collect and maintain study data, schedule study visits and appointments, and help manage study timelines.
- Conduct moderate-to-complex research tests/experiments under supervision and adapt procedures for quality improvements.
- Operate clinical research equipment following technical instructions; escalate and troubleshoot operational issues as needed.
- Monitor and report adverse events to the PI/supervisor and follow protocol-required actions.
- Identify and report protocol deviations and unanticipated events; participate in problem-solving and corrective actions.
- Maintain study-specific regulatory binders and follow applicable regulatory requirements (local, national, international).
- Complete required safety, compliance, and research competency trainings; follow unit and organizational policies to safeguard assets and participants.
Core Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical research or related experience.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data tasks.
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to work evenings, nights, or weekends as needed.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to uphold ethical research practices and participant advocacy.
