What You’ll Do

• Support reporting and analysis of clinical activity for military medical personnel.
• Write SQL and Python scripts to extract, transform, and prepare clinical activity data from Oracle EHR data tables.
• Query and analyze data from Oracle and AWS-hosted databases to produce clinical workload insights.
• Test, QA, and validate scripts and data products prior to promotion to production.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to identify authoritative data sources for clinical activity measurement.
• Support methodology development for clinical workload measurement and study-related analyses.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and deliver monthly dashboard updates and reports.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL experience (writing complex queries, joins, window functions, performance tuning).
• Proficient in Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Hands-on Power BI experience building dashboards and operational reports.
• Experience with healthcare, clinical data, or clinical informatics preferred.
• Familiarity with Cerner / Oracle Health EHR data structures is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to data quality and validation.
• BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DoW Public Trust.
