Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients
- Room patients; obtain vitals, medical history, and reconcile medications
- Draft prescriptions for provider review and signature
- Schedule follow-ups, imaging, referrals, and consultations
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR)
- Answer phones, manage voicemails, and direct messages to clinical staff
- Handle office tasks such as scanning, e-faxing, and organizing records and supplies
- Help maintain clinic flow and ensure a positive patient experience
- Be flexible and cross-trained to assist where needed
Who You Are / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (required)
- Commitment to full-time employment and a minimum 1-year commitment
- Highly motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Professional communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment assessment if selected for interview
