Role overview

Confidential Client is hiring Client Support Representatives to join a Financial Services retirement solutions team. This hybrid, full-time role supports public-sector participants, plan sponsors and brokers—handling account maintenance, benefit questions, and basic retirement-plan inquiries while uncovering routine sales opportunities.


What You’ll Do

  • Take inbound calls from retirement-plan participants and plan sponsors regarding account balances, distributions, password resets and related inquiries.
  • Provide friendly, accurate service while navigating computer systems and telephony.
  • Educate customers on products and services to support sales objectives and routine conversions.
  • Review, research and interpret account records and reports to resolve routine errors or correct processing.
  • Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with participants, sponsors and investment professionals.
  • Escalate complex or compliance-related issues per procedure and support regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in training and complete required licensure study (FINRA materials provided by employer).

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hourly pay: $18.99 – $19.00 per hour.
  • Full-time, 38.75 hours per week (schedules assigned post-training).
  • Hours of operation: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Open availability required.
  • Paid training: approximately 5 weeks (typical training schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
  • Hybrid work model: 2 days in-office / 3 days remote (after onboarding).
  • Location: Columbus, AR (worksite expectations per hybrid schedule).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completed or near-completed bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, Economics or related preferred).
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, administrative, call center, etc.).
  • Strong phone etiquette, active listening and basic computer/typing skills.
  • Comfortable learning regulatory and plan-specific rules; ability to follow compliance procedures.
  • Interest in building a career in financial services and potential progression within a large organization.
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses will eventually be required (employer provides study materials/exam support).

  • Call center experience or comfort working in a high-volume phone environment.
  • Ability to adapt to change and accept feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Attention to detail and sound decision-making when reviewing participant records.
