Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients and provide professional, responsive customer service.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client questions, updates, and requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Represent client brands at promotional events, activations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate product, service, and campaign information clearly and confidently.
  • Assist with event preparation, coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, campaign updates, and event details.
  • Gather customer and client feedback and share actionable insights with management.
  • Resolve routine questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Support additional client service and marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, marketing, communications, or event experience is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
