What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking a Client Services Associate (on-site in New York, NY) to manage client engagements and source industry experts for high-impact research and advisory projects. You will act as the bridge between clients and senior industry professionals, owning projects from outreach through delivery.
- Identify and engage industry experts who can provide targeted insights for client projects
- Conduct outreach to senior professionals and executives across diverse industries
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Coordinate consultations and ensure smooth communication between clients and experts
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to fulfill unique or hard-to-find client requests
- Make informed decisions on outreach priorities, expert selection, and project timelines
- Partner cross-functionally with colleagues to deliver excellent client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record (3.5+ GPA preferred)
- 6–18 months of professional experience, including internships or client-facing roles
- Demonstrated leadership through academics, athletics, extracurriculars, or work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Resourceful, proactive, and achievement-oriented
- Additional language skills are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: US$72,000–US$75,000 per year, plus uncapped commission opportunities
