Role Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a Client Service Associate to join a high-growth research & insights team serving investors, consultants, and corporate decision-makers. This early-career, client-facing role manages research engagements end-to-end — sourcing experts, coordinating consultations, and delivering timely, high-quality project outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role in New York, NY.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and recruit industry experts based on client needs
- Coordinate expert consultations, schedules, and project logistics
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight timelines
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and experts, ensuring a seamless experience
- Partner with global colleagues to maintain consistent, high-quality delivery
- Track project status, escalate issues, and proactively communicate with stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (3.5+ GPA preferred)
- 6–18 months of professional experience (internships accepted)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with senior clients
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Additional language skills are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $72,000 base salary
- Potential sign-on bonus
