What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Client Service Associate to join a client-facing support team. You will be the first point of contact for advisors and investors, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic service while learning foundational financial-services processes.

• Take ~25–30 inbound contacts per day (phone/email/chat), handling routine account inquiries through more complex transaction support
• Research and resolve client questions; escalate technical or compliance issues to subject-matter experts
• Accurately document interactions, follow-up actions, and transaction details in internal systems
• Support processing of account maintenance and financial transactions with attention to accuracy and compliance
• Learn product, platform, and regulatory fundamentals through a structured training program and on-the-job coaching
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting efficiencies

Who You Are / Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR equivalent education/experience
• 0–2 years experience in client-facing, service-oriented roles (call center, financial services, or similar strongly preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable using multiple systems and following detailed procedures
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize during busy periods
• Ability to pass background checks and meet client-specific eligibility requirements
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) registration is a plus but not required
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Fort Mill, SC

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (contract role)
