Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Client Account Manager to represent a Fortune 500 e-commerce partner across New York City. This is a field-facing sales role with structured training, clear performance-based advancement, and a blend of base pay guarantee plus uncapped commission potential. Ideal for competitive, coachable candidates who want hands-on sales, leadership, and client-relations experience.

  • Represent a Fortune 500 client’s brand face-to-face with business customers across NYC
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision makers

  • Drive acquisition and retention of new business leads
  • Participate in daily training, coaching, and team development
  • Contribute to team goals and weekly performance targets

Growth Path

Advancement is performance-based and follows a structured program:
Junior Client Account Manager → Client Account Manager → Assistant Manager → Campaign Manager. As you progress you’ll gain experience in leadership, recruiting & hiring, training, HR basics, budgeting, operations, and client/campaign management.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Paid training: $350 per week for the two-week training program
  • After training: $800 per week base guarantee (contingent on weekly target) OR uncapped commissions — whichever is greater
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
  • Performance bonuses (weekly & monthly) on top of commissions
  • Residual commissions for accounts you bring in that remain active
  • One-on-one mentorship and leadership development program
  • Travel and networking opportunities, including regional and national events

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred but not required
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to commute reliably to a Midtown Manhattan office and travel across NYC for client visits
  • 18 years or older
  • No prior sales experience required — training provided
