Summary

What You’ll Do

  • Support requirements development and documentation for mission-focused systems
  • Contribute to system architecture and design discussions
  • Assist with system integration, testing support, and implementation planning
  • Create and maintain engineering artifacts (System Engineering Plans, Requirements Specifications, Interface Control Documents)
  • Work with cross-functional engineering and technical teams to refine technical solutions
  • Participate in reviews and support preparation of technical presentations and reports

Required Qualifications

  • Entry-level opportunity — training and hands-on exposure provided
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to understand, document, and trace system requirements
  • Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or four (4) years of related technical experience in lieu of a degree
  • Required security clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph

Preferred (Desired) Qualifications

  • Familiarity with systems engineering concepts and system architecture
  • Exposure to requirements development and requirements-management tools/processes
  • Familiarity with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  • Experience or exposure to system integration and test planning
  • Familiarity with System Engineering Plans, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year (listed by the client; final offer depends on skills and experience)
