This is a two-year, full-time rotational program for early-career professionals who want broad exposure across development, engineering & construction, and finance & asset management in the renewable energy industry.

The Program

The Rotation Program is a structured, two-year experience made up of three eight-month rotations across core teams, tailored to your interests and strengths:

  • Development: site identification, permitting, interconnection and the commercial work that turns an idea into a buildable project
  • Engineering & Construction: technical design, contractor management and delivery of projects on the ground
  • Finance & Asset Management: project finance, investment analysis and the commercial performance of an operating fleet

You will complete the program with a permanent placement on the team that best matches your skills and interests, and you’ll leave with cross-functional experience and a company-wide network.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute as a full team member in each rotation, with real deliverables and ownership from week one
  • Support live projects with analyses, financial and technical models, permitting and interconnection applications, technical reviews and site visits
  • Present your rotation deliverables to senior leaders
  • Learn from experienced developers, engineers and financiers with a dedicated mentor throughout the program
  • Build cross-functional fluency that accelerates career growth in clean energy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, economics, finance, business or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest in clean energy and the transition to a decarbonized grid
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, spreadsheets and new tools
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working across teams and functions
  • Adaptability and a learning mindset — rotations require frequent change and rapid ramp-up
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • No prior energy industry experience required; internships, research or campus leadership that show initiative are a plus
